  they seem to have forgotten something, ie. we already through, over charged council tax, pay for our bins emptyign, they also forget the brown bins were brought in to comply with EU regs about recycling

  Wirral Council kennels will open to the public on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th September 2012. Wirral People will be able to look round and see the dogs that are currently there.
